DM-56499: Ref-match JOIN misclassification (backported from DM-56196) - #1117

Previously, FromList::isJoin() misclassified some queries, both queries
that should have been considered JOINs as well as some that should not
have been considered JOINs. This could result in duplicate records or
missing records, depending on the situation, since the filter was not
always applied correctly.
Fixing isJoin() impacted logic in MatchTablePlugin.cc, so ultimately the
bugfix was made there. Since the logic behind isJoin() is not generally
useful and is no longer used, it has been removed from FromList.{h,cc}.
