Migrate `@looker/*` NPM package publishing in `.github/workflows/lerna-publish.yml` from Wombat Dressing Room to **OSS Exit Gate** (`looker-sdk-codegen/npm`). - **Onboarding CL:** `cl/1008207316` (Robot CL `cl/1008216685` Submitted) - **Artifact Registry:** `https://us-npm.pkg.dev/oss-exit-gate-prod/looker-sdk-codegen--npm/` (`READY`) - **GCS Manifest Path:** `gs://oss-exit-gate-prod-projects-bucket/looker-sdk-codegen/npm/manifests` - **Step 8 Smoke Test:** Passed (`manifest-smoketest-1793131263.json`) - **Security Hardening (`zizmor`):** Preserved 40-character pinned Action SHAs and scoped `permissions` to the `publish` job.
