- Removes the "contact support" rollout note.
- Roles (Admin, User, Read-only) are the same roles already documented in detail per-feature at users.md#access-level-per-role, so this page now points there instead of restating its own descriptions.

The doc file is docs/user-guide/admin/users/users.md but its real URL has no duplicate segment - it's /docs/user-guide/admin/users/, not /docs/user-guide/admin/users/users/.
