Add alerts status, warm tier, AI settings and global search docs - #955

Conversation
Batches C and D combined. Alerts: - triggered-alerts.md (new) — the Status tab: its columns including the per-field Group chips with +n overflow, the Triggered / Resolved states, the Source / Severity / Tags / State / time filters, and the AI analysis and View Instructions row actions. - intro-alerts.md — names both tabs (Configurations and Status), documents the Configurations columns and the Active toggle, notes that read-only users cannot edit, and records that metric alerts created here do not appear under Open Source Apps → Metrics → Alert Rules. - configure-alerts-explore.md — adds the RCA recipients choice (inherit the alert's recipients or select manually) plus runbook and instructions, and why they improve the generated analysis. Admin: - data-hub/warm-tier.md (new) — warm-tier queries do not auto-run; Explore shows "Current results are outdated - Click Run Query to apply new search". Also CSV export coverage and practical guidance. Links out for setup. - settings/ai-settings.md (new) — the monthly Chat and Invocations limits, each independently toggleable, "No limit set" when off, zero being a valid limit, and the subscription details. - global-search.md (new) — the seven result groups, group filtering, and the per-source timeout that can make a group look empty when it merely timed out. Screenshot masked as before. The Status tab image corrected the draft on several points: the view is the Status tab rather than a "Triggered Alerts" page, states are Triggered / Resolved, severity renders in title case, and the filter set is wider than first described. …tings - configure-alerts-explore.md — adds the alert type choice (Log alert vs Metrics alert, the latter tagged Beta) up front, and a Metrics alerts section: the data source and PromQL fields, syntax validation, up to 5 queries combined with a math expression for ratios, and the two shortcuts in (Create alert from Explore Metrics, or from a dashboard panel). - global-search.md — documents the Ctrl+K shortcut, that it is Ctrl on every platform including macOS, and that it also works inside the embedded open-source apps. - warm-tier.md — corrects the claim that dashboards can query warm data: they cannot, so that is now called out explicitly. Drops the two editorialising lines from the practical notes. - ai-settings.md — removes the subscription details and practical notes sections.
