This pull request introduces several improvements and new utilities for benchmarking and evaluating clustering results in the ClaMS project. The main changes include enhanced logging and reproducibility of benchmarking stages, new scripts for extracting results and timing from log files, and more flexible evaluation options for clustering quality. Additionally, several usability and code clarity improvements were made.
