The runtime's ??= init, per-eval loaded reassignment, and failed-before-ready poll follow the zig/swift reference pattern correctly.

scalaWasmname/desc/link block and thetemplates.starter.scalalabel to all 17 non-English locales as real localized text, keeping each.ts/.lokalise.jsonpair in sync and placing thescalastarter key at its alphabetical position. - Bumped
@live-codes/scala-wasmto0.1.2— vendor URL change only. Thedist/scala-wasm.iife.jswrapper is byte-identical between0.1.1and0.1.2(the worker rebuild only renames minifier variables), so the runtime contract is unchanged.
I re-checked the incremental delta against the full diff: scalaWasm.link carries the <1>–<10> sequence in every locale .ts and the matching <tag-1>–<tag-10> in every .lokalise.json, with no stray tags in desc. node scripts/test-i18n-export.js, prettier --check over the locales, and the scala-wasm unit spec all pass locally. All three prior pullfrog threads were already resolved before this run.
