Important
Adding the "Learn X in Y minutes" link to the Nim (JS) section updated en only — all 17 non-English nim language-info blocks still use the old placeholder layout, so every non-English Nim tooltip now mis-links two entries and drops the starter-template button. CI cannot catch this (test:i18n-export diffs en only).
