Implemented V language support in PR #1059.

Added the v-wasm language (aliases v, vlang, v-wasm, wasm.v, vsh) using @live-codes/v-wasm: a runtime script that runs the compiler in a classic worker (V assets + the pinned @live-codes/clang-wasm@0.3.0 toolchain), the livecodes.v API with live reload, a starter template and logo, docs, language-info/storybook listings, and i18n for all 18 locales.

Verification: npm run build:app, npm run test (412 tests), npm run lint:eslint, npm run lint:prettier all pass, and the starter program was executed offline via the package's Node entry. A fresh-eyes self-review surfaced and fixed a CodeMirror bug (Go mode is a modern factory, not a legacy parser) and a Bangla translation gap; both are now green.

Note: the package verifies its assets with crypto.subtle inside the worker, so a browser smoke test on a deployed preview is still worth doing before merge.
