Implemented D language support using @live-codes/dlang-wasm, modelled on the recently added fortran-wasm sibling.

    PR: #1058

Highlights: new d-wasm language spec (aliases d/di/dlang/dmd, live reload, Monaco fallback to C++, CodeMirror codemirror-lang-d, Prism d), a worker-based runtime that importScripts the package IIFE, warms the compiler up front and exposes livecodes.d helpers, plus a starter template (with logo), docs page, i18n, storybook stories, and all registration sites.

Verified: typecheck:app/docs/storybook, lint:eslint, prettier, test:i18n-export, test:broken-links, jest src (412 tests) and build:app. A pre-commit review pass confirmed the third-party API usage and registration completeness; its low-severity findings were addressed (reset cached init after a worker teardown so the loading indicator reappears, docs wording for combined output, test over it).

    Task list (6/6 completed)
    • Create d-wasm language spec, runtime script, index, spec test
    • Wire up vendors, models, languages.ts, build.js, command menu
    • Add starter template, SVG logo, register in starter index + templates JSON
    • Add language-info.html section and docs page + docs lists + storybook
    • Run i18n-export, lint/typecheck/unit tests
    • Self-review, commit, push, open PR
