   Implemented COBOL (Wasm) support using @live-codes/cobol-wasm and opened PR #1055: #1055

   The new cobol-wasm language follows the recently added Wasm pattern (worker-based runner over the package IIFE, liveReload, large-download indicator, custom settings for sourceFormat/compile args), with editor support (Monaco/CodeMirror/CodeJar), a starter template + thumbnail, docs, language-info section, EN and 17 non-EN locale strings, registrations, and a unit test. npm run test (typecheck, lint, unit, i18n-export, broken links) passes and the runtime/asset URLs were verified on jsDelivr.

   Task list (11/11 completed)

   • Create cobol-wasm language spec, runtime script, index, and test
   • Add vendor URL(s) for cobol-wasm (and clang 0.3.0 assets)
   • Register language: sdk/models.ts, livecodes/models.ts, languages.ts, build.js
   • Add editor mappings (monaco/codemirror/codejar) as needed
   • Add starter template + SVG + register (index.ts, TemplateName, command-menu-actions)
   • Add language-info.html section + run i18n-export (en keys)
   • Add non-English locale translations (17 locales)
   • Add docs page + docs components + README badge + vendor-licenses
   • Update skills reference + storybook source story
   • Build app (regenerate templates.js), typecheck, unit tests
   • Self-review, commit, push, open PR
