📝 Description

Adds support for VPN Gateway IPsec and BGP log streams (vpngw_ipsec_logs, vpngw_bgp_logs) with vpn_gateway_ids. Ensures VPN requests omit LKE-specific fields while preserving existing LKE behavior.
