SECURITY.md names the reporting channel: private vulnerability reporting on this repository first, the fleet intake in project-governance as an alternative reaching the same maintainer. It states what is in scope for a tool with no network whose only reach is the per-user Accessibility grant. It is editorial documentation, so REUSE.toml lists it with README and CONTRIBUTING under CC-BY-4.0. CONTRIBUTING.md now points to SECURITY.md, so both surfaces name the same channel (attestation review gap G7). The project-governance links in AGENTS.md and CONTRIBUTING.md named the served branch literally; they now use HEAD, which GitHub resolves to the default branch (blob/HEAD answers 200, blob/main 404). The AGENTS.md URL keeps the prefix check-context-conformance requires.
