The prover-side finders accept the whitespace JSON allows and keep it inside the revealed member (#21, pairing libid-contracts#37); `libid-tlsn` gains the `ceremony_fixtures` generator and the `capture_ceremony` tool that produced the contracts' real X and GitHub fixtures (#19); `libid-profiles` and `libid-identity` move to 0.10 (#22). Bumps the single workspace version 0.3.0 → 0.4.0 (and the four intra-workspace pins, the lock, the README tag example). Cutting the GitHub Release
