   Implemented in #357.

   While a turn is running, Enter no longer has to wait: the prompt is queued on the session and becomes a user message right before the model's next step of that same turn, so the model reads it together with the work it already did and can revise or supersede the earlier instructions.

   If the model is in the middle of writing an answer, press Ctrl+Enter: that request is aborted, the text produced so far stays in the conversation, and the new instruction is read immediately. Steering is opt-in — nothing is cut short by default, and steerMode: "interrupt" in settings.json makes plain Enter steer the same way. Running commands are never interrupted.

   中文说明：AI 正在回复时，Enter 不再需要等待——消息进入会话队列，并在本轮下一次 LLM 调用前作为 user 消息注入，模型可以据此修改甚至推翻之前的指令。如果模型正在流式输出回答，按 Ctrl+Enter 会截断该请求并立即读取新指令（已生成内容保留在对话中）。steering 默认是 opt-in，不会自动截断；把 steerMode 设为 "interrupt" 后普通 Enter 也会截断当前输出。正在执行的命令不会被中断。
