feat: give presets a display label - #50

Presets whose lowercase name spells them wrong now carry a label, the name lerd shows them under (MariaDB, MongoDB, phpMyAdmin, PostgreSQL + pgvector), in their YAML and in the index. The render carries the field into the index entries it owns, and the README documents it beside category, icon and color. A lerd that predates the key ignores it, so this is safe to publish to every install as it stands.

This gives every preset a
label, the name lerd shows it under, and makes it required. That includes the ones capitalizing happens to get right (Umami, Valkey, Mongo Express) next to the ones it gets wrong (ClickHouse, MariaDB, phpMyAdmin, PostgreSQL + pgvector, mosparo), so a service's name is always stated in its definition rather than guessed from its lowercase name. The label is set in each YAML and in its index.json entry, and
render_schema.pynow carrieslabelinto the index entries it renders so the schema 2 presets keep theirs. The schema guard refuses a preset or an index entry without a label, and the README lists it as a required field next to category, icon and color.lerd-env/lerd#2301 is what reads the key: it adds
labelto the preset schema and the API and lets the dashboard name a service from its definition instead of its own table. A binary without it ignores the key, since presets are decoded non-strictly, so this can be published before or after that lands; until it does, nothing changes on screen.
