Updates dependency versions only in four private React Native example, contract-test, and Jest fixture apps—no SDK source changes.

Across contract-tests/entity, example, and example-fdv2, the stack moves from Expo 52 / React 18.3 / React Native 0.76 to Expo 53.0.27 / React 19.0.0 / React Native 0.79.6, with matching expo-status-bar and @types/react ~19 bumps. The main example app also bumps @config-plugins/detox from ^8 to ^9 for compatibility with the newer Expo line.

The packages/tooling/jest/example/react-native-example fixture gets the same Expo/React/RN versions (previously on Expo 51 / RN 0.74), plus aligned jest-expo ~53, @react-native/babel-preset 0.79.7, and react-test-renderer 19.0.0.

Reviewers should treat this as a CI and manual smoke-test change (Expo prebuild, Detox on example, contract tests, Jest example)—not a published SDK version bump.
