Overview
Updates the lockfile to resolve qs from 6.15.2 to 6.16.0 (no application source changes). The resolved package now also pulls es-define-property and bumps side-channel to ^1.1.1 per upstream’s dependency graph.

6.16.0 tightens parse / stringify behavior (e.g. arrayLimit with comma groups and throwOnLimitExceeded, overflow-array flattening, encodeDotInKeys encoding) and adds an optional stringify depth cap—relevant wherever Express/body-parser parse or serialize query strings.
