v0.2.49.0 fix: Cycle 0056 pt3: a saved test replay opens in Cursor, and the LLM Wiki view's message and rows change in one frame - #138
Bug-fix Cycle 0056, part 3 of 3 (Issue #135, tasks 16, 17, 23, 28–34): a saved test replay opens in Cursor in N56 step 1's repeated opens, the LLM Wiki view's message and rows change in one native frame, and every defect found on the way is closed. N56 (native, Space local:codebook-qa) passed every step on this part's candidates.
A saved test replay in Cursor (task 17, major). Root cause from N55's Cursor Output log and the code:
Refusal 2: a Study pane disposed inside the learner's group was not drained, so Cursor's report of the next tab as active (before the close) failed the placement guard. The drain now covers every disposed Study pane.
The silent choices afterwards: a refused open held the entry turn while it awaited its sticky error notice. Later choices no longer wait behind it.
Refusal 1 (a rare race, two hypotheses): the Application's reveal is skipped when its pane already fronts its group, or awaited; the allocated group's late activation is awaited up to 150 ms; an aborted preparation stops waiting at once.
A refused placement now says which call refused, which comparison failed (or unattributed when none of the compared parts differ), and which of Codebook's own effects preceded it.
Close Study Workspace no longer fails with Webview is disposed after the editor closed the panes (found natively, never released).
Saved studies after Close (tasks 31, 32). A closed reader's list names no study (Choose a saved study), so the last shown study opens on choice. While another replay opens from a closed reader, the closed reader's replay is held back: no Learning summary or bottom-panel draw of it. The hold is bound to the retained selection's open; a refused or superseded entry leaves that replay for Open Study Workspace and redraws it only if it is still the selected replay.
Dropped Saved studies choices. A choice the reader cannot carry out (the Study workspace is closed or closing, or the Learning summary is not showing a replay) shows Codebook did not carry out your choice: <reason> with the next step, writes one choice:dropped Output entry, and releases the pane. An Open that waited for a retired Study tab no longer overwrites Close's state.
The LLM Wiki view.
Task 16 (H3): the new message is written in the root getChildren of the refresh that carries the new rows, so it leaves with that reply. Natively, message and rows change in one frame at a run's start and end (VS Code 1.142.0).
Task 33: the watcher stands on the project root, so deleting or moving the Wiki folder (or a folder above it) shows the no-Wiki welcome without Refresh.
Task 23: Manage Workspace Trust runs workbench.trust.manage, the one id both editors have (N56 step 2). If it rejects, the view says it could not open and names the Command Palette command; if the editor does not list it (or the list cannot be read), it points to the Command Palette. Failure causes in Output are sanitized for every workspace root.
Tests (tasks 28, 30). The live-entry measurement test counts layout reads per keyboard holder; the saved test replay reader test waits until the reader wrote every chosen stop. Each cause was named from a probe that failed every time.
pnpm health (task 34, found by this PR's exact-HEAD gate). The measured health failed on b5227ce9 with 35 findings in unchanged files, because Fallow reused a stale graph cache in the checkout and scored functions the tests reach as unreached. On the same source, a fresh graph gives 0 findings, and so does origin/main in a fresh worktree. The measured Fallow runs now pass --no-cache (1074b351). The new test is red without the fix.
Changes to existing tests and their reasons (AC 4):
llmWikiView.test.ts:
the manage-trust test was rewritten for one id with no lookup (task 23): run, rejected with the command listed, rejected with it absent, and an unreadable command list;
the watcher tests follow task 33 (the watcher stays on the project root, so the burst test expects one read, not two, and the fresh-project test expects the root watch with the planned folders);
the message/rows test waits until the watching message is applied before it stops watching (a flake seen in pass 2, F1; 20 of 20 runs).
llmWikiViewReadLoop.test.ts: the message tests follow H3 (the message write rides the root read; after dispose nothing is written).
studyWorkspace.test.ts: task 30, the reopen waits until the reader wrote every chosen stop.
studyWorkspaceEntry.test.ts: task 28, the expected layout reads follow the keyboard holder at the first read (1, or 2 when the chat held it); a third read still fails.
studyWorkspaceEntryObstacles.test.ts: the sanitizer pin checks the set of report labels and keeps the exact call count (now 17, more report lines).
studyWorkspaceLayout.test.ts: the explicit source-derived entry no longer reveals the Application a second time when the restore already fronted it (task 17, refusal-1 hardening).
Test helpers: studyWorkspaceHarness.ts gained the late tab/group reports, a held close, a throwing reader open and pane identities; fakeLlmWikiEditor.ts models the extension host's 200 ms debounce and message/refresh order; wikiUpdateWindow.ts takes a getCommands stub instead of extraEditorCommands.
resolveManageTrustCommand.test.ts was deleted with its module (task 23).
Local reviews before /ship (AGENTS.md Delivery) on 7ff3ab57, all fixed in 6aac5414 and 932cdae3:
Local CodeRabbit CLI: 1 trivial, 2 minor (one judged no defect with a Reader DOM guard).
open-code-review-delegate: 13 of 13 files reviewed; 1 medium and 4 low.
Test Coverage
Step 7: 28 of 28 changed paths covered (100%), value-weighted 89%, no gaps. Three coverage tests were added (0d2c3e36).
Later passes: each fix range is covered by its own tests, red first where the fix changes behaviour.
Tests ran: tests 7397 (the Step 5 lane on 25ff222f: 7391 pass, 0 fail, 6 skipped).
Pre-Landing Review
/ship ran three fixing cycles and did not converge (converged:false, ship review limit).
Pass 1: 26 findings; 24 fixed in 784f03a4:
a released hold left the views on what they showed during it;
repeated drop notices;
full command names in the reasons;
a Manage Workspace Trust failure told as a missing command;
13 untested state cells (all now tested; no product defect);
README and docs.
2 not changed, with evidence: cycle references in comments are the codebase's convention; the root watcher's cost (an exact-path glob, seen natively).
Pass 2: all fixed in eb9c9b11:
a superseded entry released the hold and drew the closed replay (critical);
an unguarded republish;
the trust failure decided by the command list, not the error text;
sanitized Wiki failure causes;
15 dropped-choice state cells tested;
the sanitizer count restored (gate);
copy and README.
Pass 3, together with Step 11: all fixed in 25ff222f:
an Open waiting for a retired Study tab overwrote Close's state (Codex adversarial and structured);
the hold bound to the retained selection's open (Codex adversarial), republished only if still selected;
the custom notice suppression removed (the editor already replaces an identical visible notice);
a command list that throws or rejects;
unattributed refusals;
every workspace root in sanitized causes;
the dropped-choice table's assertions restored (gate);
test hygiene, copy and README.
These were not changed, with evidence:
An early end of the late-activation wait when the group is already active: the editor makes the new group active before it reports the activation, so the change broke the existing refusal-1 test; the bound stays.
One Output entry per dropped choice (each is one learner action) and the dependence on the extension host's tree-view order (the only API route; verified natively in VS Code 1.142.0 and Cursor 3.27.12).
Simplification advisories (refactors of working code).
No Critical or Major defect is still open, so no Issue is recorded.
After the review limit, the exact-HEAD gate found task 34 (a stale Fallow cache in pnpm health). It is fixed in 1074b351 outside the /ship review rounds, as part 1 fixed its gate finding, and the full gate ran again on the final head.
Gate edits: 65 listed, 28 read, 4 findings over the three passes: 2 kept, 2 restored, 0 open.
RH-1 extension/src/tests/resolveManageTrustCommand.test.ts: kept. It was deleted with its module (task 23: one id, no lookup).
RH-15 extension/src/tests/studyWorkspaceEntryObstacles.test.ts: restored. The exact sanitizer call count stands again beside the label-set check.
RH-1 extension/src/tests/studyWorkspaceTestReplayComposition.test.ts: restored. The dropped-choice table asserts the pane-release reply and surface/studyId again.
RH-16 extension/src/utils/registerLlmWikiCommands.ts: kept. The catch around getCommands: when the list cannot be read, the command's presence is unknown and the Command Palette hint, which always works, shows.
Outside review:
Codex adversarial (gpt-6-astra) completed with FINDINGS: P2, fixed.
Codex structured review completed with one P2 (GATE: PASS), fixed.
Exploratory QA
In each of passes 1–3, three probes ran (functional), and all passed every time:
The VSIX packages and passes check-package.mjs.
The packaged bundle carries the task 17, 23, 31 and 32 contracts.
The compiled watch-folder choice covers task 33's edges.
Native evidence (N56)
Driving agent, Space local:codebook-qa, development target nextjs-dashboard1936e41 (development evidence only). Details and SHA-256 of every take are in Issue #135's comments; evidence stays in the Mac's ignored artifacts/cycle-0056/n56/.
Step 1, Cursor 3.27.12: N54's test replay opened five times alternating with another replay, no refusal, each event step exactly one stop (02acefaa); task 31 and task 32 (0 of 8 opens drew another replay) pass; task 32 rechecked on 932cdae3.
Step 2: both editors open their trust editor with workbench.trust.manage.
Step 3, VS Code with Copilot Chat GPT-6 Luna: the consent sentence shows while the modal is up.
Step 4, VS Code: message and rows change in one frame both ways (7ff3ab57).
Step 5, both editors, four themes: rows, welcome and icons.
Step 6: the loaded skill identity in both editors.
Task 33, VS Code: deleting .codebook brings the welcome back without Refresh.
Design Review
There are no frontend files by diff scope against origin/main, so design-lite was skipped. The design specialist was force-included in every pass for the learner-facing copy, and its findings are fixed above.
Eval Results
No prompt-related files changed, so evals were skipped.
Scope Drift
Scope Check: CLEAN.
Plan Completion
Issue #135, part 3 scope: 19 items; 16 DONE, 1 CHANGED (task 32: the closed reader's replay is held back instead of retired, which the task allows), 0 NOT DONE; AC 5 is the gate below. The CHANGELOG half of AC 6 is done in the release commit. Task 34 (found by the gate) is fixed and closed in Issue #135. This is the cycle's last part: after this merge, Issue #135 is closed by hand with its closing comment (nothing carried; the next cycle is the Node server feature cycle).
Verification Results
Step 8.1 obligations are AC 5's 15-check exact-HEAD gate: 15 PASS on 1074b351, shown below.
TODOS
No TODOS.md (AGENTS.md).
Documentation
Scope: the uncommitted release and documentation edits (VERSION, extension/package.json, EXTENSION_VERSION, package.test.mjs, CHANGELOG.md 0.2.49.0, README.md delivered-version sentence, extension/README.md Open replay paragraph) plus the roots from AGENTS.md. Each CHANGELOG 0.2.49.0 claim was checked against extension/src (late group activation wait, Close Study Workspace, dropped-choice reasons and notice prefix, Choose a saved study prompt, workbench.trust.manage, Wiki folder watch, LLM Wiki message and rows emission). Result: documentation matches current behaviour with no overclaim. One gap was fixed, the message and rows changing together in the LLM Wiki view, which had no sentence in extension/README.md.
Two audits ran (the budget). The first added the Open replay sentence on a late-reported Application group and Close Study Workspace; the parent reworded it to current behaviour (it had claimed the replay opens every time), and the second audit verified it against the code. After the second audit the parent removed one sentence it made redundant (The message above the tree changes in the same render as the rows., superseded by the new same-frame paragraph); no third audit ran for that deletion. Debt: none.
Test plan
The 15-check exact-HEAD gate (Issue #135 AC 5), run in order on the final head bfe62b32 (tree 44008a8b); all 15 pass:
pre-gate Stage 1 (gstack-pregate --stage preflight --allow-repo-commands): exit 0, PREGATE: warn, 6 checks. The only warning is the secrets scan's MEDIUM pii.phone.e164 on a numeric GitHub comment id in a CHANGELOG link (not a phone number). No credential finding.
pnpm format:check, typecheck, lint, health:static, dupes and dead-code: each exit 0.
node --test .codex/restore-product-context.test.mjs: 9 of 9 pass.
Required CI on bfe62b32: every check passes.
Hosted CodeRabbit: APPROVED on bfe62b32, 0 unresolved threads.
Earlier heads:
The first gate run, on b5227ce9, passed 14 of 15. pnpm health failed on a stale Fallow cache (task 34). It is fixed in 1074b351, and the whole gate ran again on that head and on each later head (41da79d9, 4c9d0b58, 896e4212, bfe62b32), always 15 of 15.
Hosted CodeRabbit rounds. Each finding was fixed, and its thread resolved where one existed:
1074b351 (4 Minor): the CHANGELOG's native-check claim; the unopenable-entry exception after Close; a harness next-tab activation on a possibly stale group; a vacuous keptDrawing check.
41da79d9 (2 Minor, outside the diff): a harness late group report lost at a rebuild (red: the late activation had been dropped, so a cell passed vacuously); the unattributed refusal in README.
4c9d0b58 (2 Minor): README's "holds no credentials" (CWE-532); the remaining group copies.
896e4212 (3 Minor, outside the diff): a replace resync that must record no successor (red: reported 1, expected 0); README's one-second watch; the same-frame claim limited to VS Code.
Before the last push, the local CodeRabbit CLI reviewed 1074b351..bfe62b32 three times; every finding was fixed, and its last run reports 0.
…when the chat holds the keyboard as the final arrangement measures (task 28)
Race: beside the chat's editor part, readMainEditorGrid
(extension/src/studyWorkspace.ts, borrow path ~20780-20880) reads
vscode.getEditorLayout, borrows the main editor's first group when the chat
holds the keyboard, and reads the layout a second time. Whether the chat holds
the keyboard as the final arrangement's measurement begins depends on when the
entry's deferred focus return reaches the chat, which a loaded lane shifts. The
test counted layout reads before runCommands and expected exactly 1, so a
correct borrowed measurement (2 reads) failed it.
Probe (temporary, removed): chat.focusTab() just before the arrange call with
the retiring context group made the besideChat test fail 3 of 3 runs:
AssertionError: 2 !== 1 (studyWorkspaceEntry.test.js, the reads-before-batch equal)
Fix (test only): record whether the chat held the keyboard at each layout read;
expect 1 read, or 2 when the chat held it at the first read. A repeated plain
measurement or a third read still fails. Product behaviour unchanged.
…nt source instead of a cache an earlier run left
The exact-HEAD gate on b5227ce failed `pnpm health` with 35 findings beyond the
measured baseline: unchanged files such as sourceImportBindings.ts scored their
unmatched arrow functions as untested (estimated 0%). Two runs that reused the
checkout's Fallow graph cache (extension/.fallow) gave 35; the next run, whose
cache was invalidated, gave 0 on the same source, as did origin/main in a fresh
worktree. The measured Fallow runs now pass --no-cache (about 2 s more).
Test red without the fix: the fixture checkout held a `.fallow` folder after a
passing run.

Prefer DAMP and observable behavior over mirroring the implementation.
The identified documentation and delayed-group test-harness concerns are addressed. No remaining issue identified here prevents merge after normal checks.
Security architecture risk: Low · up to bfe62
The inspected changes remain within the existing extension. The apparent new public entrypoints are test helpers, and replay updates retain cancellation and selection-identity controls. No introduced security issue was substantiated, but incomplete coverage prevents a minimal-risk conclusion.
Retained concerns
No architecture-level concerns identified.
Security review details
Security Blast Radius
observed — For Wiki output inside a project, watcher selection now prefers the project root to observe deletion or movement of intermediate folders. It still rejects the home directory and filesystem roots; outside the project, selection remains limited to the output's existing parent.
Trust Boundaries and Controls
observed — Replay supersession aborts the previous entry and advances its ticket. A delayed browser-close answer acts only if its entry, selected study, and playback revision still match, preventing that answer from closing a replacement replay.
Resilience and Maintainability Implications
inferred — The inspected cancellation, token, and terminal-path checks support containment of stale cross-selection publication within the local workspace. They do not establish a tenant authorization guarantee or validate native editor timing.

- CHANGELOG: the native-check claim names what N56 checked, on which
candidates and hosts, and links the Issue comments with the evidence;
"every time" claims narrowed.
- README and CHANGELOG: after Close, an entry that cannot be opened and
was chosen before stays chosen with its delete control.
- studyWorkspaceHarness: the delayed next-tab activation looks its group
up again, so a rebuild of the group objects cannot leave it stale (latent:
a probe showed no current cell reached a stale group); the shared-group
test also runs with group-object rebuilds (Cursor's model).
- The reselected-replay test drops its vacuous keptDrawing check (>= held
without any publish) and is named for what it proves: drawn at once and
still drawn after the older read returns.
@coderabbitai Dispositions for the review on 1074b351. All four inline findings are fixed in 41da79d9, and their threads are resolved:
CHANGELOG.md:5: the native-check claim now says what N56 checked, on which candidates (02acefaa, 7ff3ab57, 932cdae3, not the released build) and hosts (VS Code 1.142.0, Cursor 3.27.12, macOS 26 in a VM). It links the Issue Cycle 0056: every defect Cycle 0055 carried is fixed (Wiki runs, the LLM Wiki view, the reader, test replays in Cursor) #135 comments that hold each step's host, candidate, result and the recordings' hashes. The other changes are stated as covered by tests only. Two "every time" claims were narrowed.
extension/README.md:76 (and the matching CHANGELOG bullet): after Close, an entry that cannot be opened and was chosen before stays chosen with its delete control.
studyWorkspaceHarness.ts:3459: the delayed next-tab activation looks its group up again. A temporary probe showed that no current cell reached a stale group (stale=false in both cells), so no earlier result was wrong. The shared-group test now also runs with group-object rebuilds (Cursor's model).
studyWorkspaceTestReplayComposition.test.ts:5202: no republish after the older read is part of the contract, because the hold ends when the newer entry adopts the replay, and the next test pins that no message is posted twice. So the vacuous keptDrawing check is removed, and the test is named for what it proves: the replay is drawn at once and is still drawn after the older read returns, and the other replay is never drawn.
Additional comment on extension/src/utils/llmWikiView.ts:182-183 (frame evidence per host): native frame evidence exists for VS Code 1.142.0. In N56 step 4 on 7ff3ab57 (h3-vscode-update.mp4, every frame of the view classified), message and rows changed in one frame at a run's start and at its end; details are in Issue #135 task 16. Task 16's acceptance names VS Code, where N55-F3 was observed. A Cursor frame-level take was not run, and the CHANGELOG now says that this behaviour was checked in VS Code. No code change.
LanguageTool on README.md:19 (three sentences starting with "Cycle"): a style hint on the root README's cycle history. The sentences name cycles on purpose, so it is left as is.

- studyWorkspaceHarness: a late group report follows its group through the
fake model's rebuilds (every group copy records its successor), so the late
activation of the inserted Application group is no longer dropped when the
editor rebuilds its group objects. The H2-b test also runs with group-object
rebuilds (Cursor's model) and asserts that the late report reached the live
model: red without the fix (lateGroupActivationsReported 0, expected 1).
- README: a refused placement whose compared parts all match reads
`Failed checks: unattributed (none of the compared parts differ)`.
@coderabbitai Both outside-diff findings of the review on 41da79d9 are fixed in 4c9d0b58:
studyWorkspaceHarness.ts:4152-4154: a late group report now follows its group through the fake model's rebuilds. Every group copy records the object it replaced, and currentGroupOf walks that chain. This is more robust than matching by viewColumn, which a later insertion shifts. It was reachable: the H2-b test now also runs with group-object rebuilds (Cursor's model) and asserts that the late report reached the live model. Without the fix that cell got lateGroupActivationsReported 0 where 1 is expected, so the late activation had been dropped and the cell passed vacuously.
extension/README.md:103: the refusal entry's description now covers the case where no compared part differs (Failed checks: unattributed (none of the compared parts differ)). The README already named the call and the failed comparisons for the focus guard.
The 15-check exact-HEAD gate passes on 4c9d0b58: pnpm test 7399 tests, 0 fail; test:package 1081 tests, 0 fail; health exit 0. The pre-gate's only warning is the same false positive on a numeric GitHub comment id in a CHANGELOG link.

Prefer DAMP and observable behavior over mirroring the implementation.
- README: a copied Output › Codebook entry shows the home folder, Codebook's
storage and the workspace folders as ~, <storage> and <workspace> and has
no control characters; other error text stays as the error gave it, so read
the entry before sharing it (the old "holds no credentials" overclaimed).
- studyWorkspaceHarness: every group copy that keeps a group's identity
records its successor (nativeGroup's wrapper copies, the chat part's resync
and replaceEditorGroup, except an "opened" replacement, which is another
group). No current cell opens a group while a late report waits, so this
changes no result; the H2-b test also runs in the wrapper mode.
@coderabbitai Both findings of the review on 4c9d0b58 are fixed in 896e4212, and their threads are resolved:
extension/README.md:103 (CWE-532): the sentence no longer claims the entry holds no credentials. It now says what the sanitizer does: the home folder, Codebook's storage and the workspace folders read ~, <storage> and <workspace>, and control characters are removed. Any other text of an error stays as the error gave it, so read the entry before you share it.
studyWorkspaceHarness.ts:1142: every group copy that keeps a group's identity now records its successor. That covers nativeGroup's wrapper copies, the chat part's resync and replaceEditorGroup. A replacement reported as an opened group is another group and records none. No current cell opens a group while a late report waits, so this changes no result: the H2-b test, which now also runs in the wrapper mode, passes with and without it.
The 15-check exact-HEAD gate passes on 896e4212: pnpm test 7400 tests, 0 fail; test:package 1081 tests, 0 fail; health exit 0.

…6e421 (PR #138)
- studyWorkspaceHarness: resyncEditorGroups('replace') reports each group
closed and its copy opened, so it records no successor; a late group report
is dropped there instead of reaching the opened group. New harness fidelity
test (made after a rewrap, dropped after a replace): red without the fix
(replace case reported 1, expected 0). lateGroupReportsWaiting lets the
test wait on the report instead of a timer.
- README: the Wiki folder watch refreshes the rows one second after the last
change on disk (not "within a second").
- README and CHANGELOG: the view hands the editor its message with its rows;
the same-frame change is stated for VS Code, where N56 checked it.
- The H2-b cells wait until the editor's late group report has run before
they read its count: the report may come after the landing (next layout
read or its timer).
- studyWorkspaceHarness: lateGroupActivationsReported and
lateGroupReportsWaiting sit before activateNewGroupLateAfterInsertion's
JSDoc, so that method keeps its documentation.
… what was observed
- README and CHANGELOG: an editor that reports the Application's new group or
its activation a moment late is the cause N55-F4's refusals pointed to,
reproduced in tests; Cursor's own report order was not observed natively.
- CHANGELOG: each N56 candidate was packaged from its commit, the QA clone
carried QA-owned edits, and N56 did not run again on the released source.
@coderabbitai All three outside-diff findings of the review on 896e4212 are fixed, in f5a509a5, 79a7e782 and bfe62b32:
studyWorkspaceHarness.ts:7748-7761: resyncEditorGroups('replace') reports each group closed and its copy opened, so it records no successor. A late report is dropped there instead of reaching the opened group. A new harness fidelity test covers both outcomes: the report is made after a rewrap and dropped after a replace. It was red without the fix (the replace case reported 1, expected 0). lateGroupReportsWaiting lets the tests wait on the report rather than a timer. The H2-b cells now also wait for the report before they read its count.
extension/README.md:250: the rows refresh one second after the last change on disk, not "within a second".
extension/README.md:261-263 (and CHANGELOG): the view hands the editor its message with its rows. The same-frame change is stated for VS Code, where N56 checked it frame by frame.
Before this push, the local CodeRabbit CLI reviewed the whole range 1074b351..bfe62b32 three times, and every finding was fixed. Those findings were: a missing wait before a count, a JSDoc separated from its method, N56's scope (not re-run on the released source, the candidates' state), and claims that Cursor reports late, which were narrowed to what tests reproduce. Its last run reports 0 findings. The 15-check exact-HEAD gate passes on bfe62b32: pnpm test 7402 tests, 0 fail; test:package 1081 tests, 0 fail; health exit 0.

Summary
Bug-fix Cycle 0056, part 3 of 3 (Issue #135, tasks 16, 17, 23, 28–34): a saved test replay opens in Cursor in N56 step 1's repeated opens, the LLM Wiki view's message and rows change in one native frame, and every defect found on the way is closed. N56 (native, Space
local:codebook-qa) passed every step on this part's candidates.unattributedwhen none of the compared parts differ), and which of Codebook's own effects preceded it.Webview is disposedafter the editor closed the panes (found natively, never released).Choose a saved study), so the last shown study opens on choice. While another replay opens from a closed reader, the closed reader's replay is held back: no Learning summary or bottom-panel draw of it. The hold is bound to the retained selection's open; a refused or superseded entry leaves that replay for Open Study Workspace and redraws it only if it is still the selected replay.Codebook did not carry out your choice: <reason>with the next step, writes onechoice:droppedOutput entry, and releases the pane. An Open that waited for a retired Study tab no longer overwrites Close's state.getChildrenof the refresh that carries the new rows, so it leaves with that reply. Natively, message and rows change in one frame at a run's start and end (VS Code 1.142.0).workbench.trust.manage, the one id both editors have (N56 step 2). If it rejects, the view says it could not open and names the Command Palette command; if the editor does not list it (or the list cannot be read), it points to the Command Palette. Failure causes in Output are sanitized for every workspace root.pnpm health(task 34, found by this PR's exact-HEAD gate). The measured health failed onb5227ce9with 35 findings in unchanged files, because Fallow reused a stale graph cache in the checkout and scored functions the tests reach as unreached. On the same source, a fresh graph gives 0 findings, and so doesorigin/mainin a fresh worktree. The measured Fallow runs now pass--no-cache(1074b351). The new test is red without the fix.Changes to existing tests and their reasons (AC 4):

Verification Results
Step 8.1 obligations are AC 5's 15-check exact-HEAD gate: 15 PASS on

After the second audit the parent removed one sentence it made redundant (
The message above the tree changes in the same render as the rows., superseded by the new same-frame paragraph); no third audit ran for that deletion. Debt: none.Test plan
