With PHP 8.6 now entering the beta phase and thus in soft feature freeze (see https://discourse.thephp.foundation/t/php-dev-php8-6-soft-feature-freeze-in-1-week/5878), running initial tests on compatibility seems appropriate.
This will remain in draft till at least first RC, at which point making things more stable makes more sense. Up until then, this can be used to eagerly track potential issues.
