Independent Windows storage17pass2skip; FP save regressions improve from321pass1skip6crashes to327pass1skip0crashes. Claude's macOS full suite1503pass and storage19pass. git diff --check passes for this metadata-only change; current-head CI must pass before merge/tag. No duplicate local build.

Coordinate through labelle-bgfx RFC172. After exact-head peer approval and green CI, merge, tag/release v3.5.1, independently fetch its Zig package hash, then prepare the FP released pin. No release has been published yet.
