Rust releases can currently include only one companion executable. Add a
companion_binariesJSON array and use the validated list for build selection, stripping, signing and archive contents. Keepcompanion_binarycompatible and reject duplicate names, paths and bare Windows EXE publication with companions.Signing invokes the existing platform actions once per executable through a generated local composite. Credentials remain action inputs. Debian assets still come from the consumer's Cargo metadata.
Validation: 14 workflow-shell tests passed on native Kobe Linux, including three-binary tar/ZIP archives, strip coverage, legacy inputs and signing plans for all platforms. This PR also runs Ubuntu/Windows checks and a generated-composite smoke test with credential-free signing fixtures. Actual signing and release publication have not run.
