Introduction

A Kronometrix gate, is a data input point, capable to receive, filter and convert native, specific traffic into Kronometrix data, as one or many data messages. There can be different types of gates: MQTT, AviMet, DSS, Feedliner. Each gate is responsible for different type of data traffic.

Design

An AviMet gate, can take traffic from Vaisala AviMet software, one or many and send it forward to Kronometrix. There are 3 main functions of a gate

  • filter

  • convert

  • transport
