… fix) v1.10.2 replaces the flawed v1.10.1 GVK-migration filter with the correct adopt: a child that a version bump left live+helm-owned but missing from the stored manifest is now adopted (three-way-merged) instead of erroring 'no <kind> found'. Ships the corrected reconcile fix (krateo-platformops/plumbing#5): adopt live-owned children missing from the stored manifest instead of erroring. Recovers the wedged installer-test umbrella.
