Color the init, join and final functions to make clear what goes where in user code to implement a "reducing functor". Remove the slide that shows the Reducer Concept and instead add a block to highlight it with a link to the documentation in the previous slide. Signed-off-by: Luc Berger-Vergiat <lberge@sandia.gov>
