Local development

Run a static server from this directory:

python3 -m http.server 8000

Open:

http://127.0.0.1:8000

The deployed site is uploader-first:

• No patient sample file is required in the repo.
• Users drag in a local .nii or .nii.gz file.
• The file is read in the browser and previewed locally.

Deployment

This repo is designed for GitHub Pages via Actions. The workflow publishes the current branch contents as a static site.
