The CSS variable bridge already mapped--user-avatar,--user-avatar-displayand--user-avatar-legacy-display; they were inert until this prop. 9.0.2 also carries the fix that kept the loading placeholder from rendering beside the ESI avatar.https://kiva.atlassian.net/browse/CIT-5085
