Overview
Automated Speakeasy regeneration bumps the Java SDK from 0.15.3 to 0.15.4 with no OpenAPI specification changes and no functional API surface updates in the diff.

gradle.properties,SDKConfiguration.SDK_VERSION(user-agent),README.mdinstall snippets,.speakeasy/gen.yaml, andRELEASES.md.
