Note

Medium Risk
Large orlop minor bump with major transitive gRPC/protobuf changes affects CLI bootstrap and RPC paths, though no local code was edited.

Overview
This PR is dependency-only (go.mod / go.sum); no application source files change.

It raises the module Go toolchain from 1.22 to 1.26.8 and bumps direct deps: orlop/v2 2.19.3 → 2.25.12 (Dependabot target), plus minor updates to cobra, logrus, and godotenv. Transitive upgrades follow orlop—notably gRPC and protobuf, uber/fx and zap, and golang.org/x/sys—and go.uber.org/atomic drops from the indirect list while google/uuid is added.

Because orlop wires CLI entry (cmd/ketch) and shared config/errors helpers, reviewers should confirm build/CI uses Go 1.26.8+ and smoke-test login and core commands after the library jump.
