+- **PHP 8.5** with extensions: `mbstring`, `xml`, `sqlite3`, `mysql`, `curl`, `zip`, `bcmath`, `intl`. On Ubuntu 24.04, use the `ondrej/php` PPA (`php8.5-cli` and the extensions above).
+- **Composer** is required; there is **no Node.js / npm** in this repo.
