MedView is a browser-based DICOM viewer that pairs medical image stacks with an interactive, layered 3D anatomy model.
The anatomy model is adapted from:
-
Z-Anatomy – The libre 3D atlas of anatomy, by the Z-Anatomy contributors, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0. Source repository
-
BodyParts3D – The Database Center for Life Science, the original model underlying Z-Anatomy, licensed under CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan. Original source
Modifications: converted and optimized for browser rendering, divided into anatomical layers, and exported as GLB assets.
The modified anatomy model assets are distributed under CC BY-SA 4.0. See the upstream attribution and license.
