fix(snapshot): stage contribution-input JSON through files instead of --argjson - #20

… --argjson The backlog archive has grown past the 128KB per-argument limit, so the --contribution-input path failed with 'jq: Argument list too long' and emitted empty output while still exiting 0. Matches the file's own slurpfile pattern used by the main snapshot path. Verified: --contribution-input now emits 278KB valid JSON with empty stderr; fm-bootstrap.sh runs silent; shellcheck clean.

The backlog archive has grown past the 128KB per-argument limit, so the --contribution-input path failed with 'jq: Argument list too long' and emitted empty output while still exiting 0. That warning surfaced on every health check via the contributions step. This matches the file's own slurpfile pattern used by the main snapshot path, and the failing assembly now exits non-zero instead of silently emitting nothing.
Verified: --contribution-input emits valid JSON (278KB, empty stderr), fm-bootstrap.sh runs silent, shellcheck clean. No other callers of --argjson with large inputs remain in this file.
