Part of firstmate per captain. Live docs stay the source of truth; firstmate's own Jev use (typed dispatch resolution) is already covered in docs/configuration.md. skills-lock.json pins the upstream hash.

Adds the TypeSafe skill (typesafe-ai/skills, MIT) as part of firstmate: real files under .agents/skills/typesafe-ai, per-agent links for Pi (.pi/skills), Grok Build (.grok/skills) and Claude Code (via .claude/skills), public installer link (skills/typesafe-ai), plus skills-lock.json pinning the upstream hash. Live TypeSafe docs stay the source of truth; firstmate's own Jev use (typed dispatch resolution) is already covered in docs/configuration.md. Verification: bin/fm-doc-audience-check.sh ok.
