Alternate implementation in the Agave CLI

MIght be worth checking out the implementation of these in the [Agave CLI](https://github.com/agaveplatform/agave-cli/tree/abaco-transforms-transfers). I get that abaco is going it's own way, but it's likely worth keeping a line of communication open given the initial investment already in place.
