   Resolved as of v1.0.1. The MathJax submodule is now bundled two ways:

   • make local-mathjax checks out the pinned MathJax version into resources/MathJax for local development ($wgSmjCdnEnabled = false).
   • Each GitHub release now attaches SimpleMathJax-<version>-with-mathjax.tar.gz, an archive with the MathJax submodule's contents merged in, so downloading GitHub's auto-generated source archive (which omits submodule content) isn't required anymore.
