Make SimpleMathJax integrate with Visual Editor's "Insert" menu #30
Description
The Math extension provides integration with Visual Editor through a lot of JS code. Would it be possible to integrate SimpleMathJax the same way (potentially requiring coordinated development and turning all that code into another library?)
Alternatively, should there be updated documentation about how SimpleMathJax does/doesn't work in VisualEditor environments (including wikis that use VEForAll to put VisualEditor into forms)?

There is a fork which has implemented the Visual Editor integration.

v1.1.0 adds VisualEditor "Insert" menu integration for inserting/editing math and chemical formula dialogs (PR #80).
resources/ve/; the formula you type in the dialog is live-previewed viamw.libs.smj.typeset().It's not as feature-rich as the Math extension's VE integration (thanks @Ocramsretep for the fork link — it helped as a reference), but the basic insert/edit flow is now supported. Closing this issue — please open a new one if there's anything further needed.
