jolt v0.8.24 was released on 2026-11-05. The ci-builds fan-out ran every jlt-commons library against it (run jlt-commons/ci-builds 42043247307): all seven passed. raylib-jlt's first attempt failed in the formatting step on a clojure-tools download from the runner, nothing in jolt, and passed on re-run.
This moves the pin in its own commit, as the workflow comment asks. No source change.
