jf rt transfer-plugin-installis now hidden and only logs a deprecation warning; it no longer installs anything. Its flags are accepted but ignored.test.installDataTransferPluginstays defined as a deprecated no-op so existing pipelines don't fail on an unknown flag. It can be removed in a follow-up once no workflow passes it.Dependency
transfer-filesstops requiring the plugin with ajfrog-cli-coreversion that includes the GET/PUT transfer cutover. That is jfrog/jfrog-cli-core#1629 (merged);go.modis bumped tov2.60.1-0.20261104085101-89d932ea6d45(core master89d932ea).Verification
Built
jffrom the equivalent branch pair and ran full and deltatransfer-filesbetween two Artifactory 7.171.2 instances (239 files, about 201 MB): exit 0, no errors or warnings, no calls to the data-transfer plugin endpoints, and counts, sizes, sha256 and properties match (only server-generated metadata differs). The source server in that run still had the plugin loaded.
