Pull request overview
Updates Workshop documentation to reflect that Local Delegation is now available via the shipped signals-dashboard 0.3.0 release, while keeping first-time install steps unchanged and adding upgrade guidance for existing Cairn users.
Changes:
- Mark Local Delegation as shipped in
signals-dashboard0.3.0 (awesome-copilot). - Clarify that Cairn’s Local toggle is orthogonal to open/connected.
- Add a
copilot plugin updatecommand for users who already have Cairn installed.
