I work at Alaigned, an AI-driven Strategy Operating System. It gives a leadership team one strategy one-pager instead of a sixty-slide deck nobody opens twice, then keeps the company pointed at it. European, CEO-first, grown out of ATAIRU's work with 100+ enterprise clients. I'm on the business side: go-to-market and product-market fit, not the codebase.
I'm also Executive Director of Změna k lepšímu (Change for the Better), a Czech business association of ~100 companies that treat the shift to a sustainable economy as an opportunity rather than a cost. That work is public affairs: EU regulation, emissions trading, circular economy, and getting Czech business heard in Brussels.
I'm not a developer. Everything here was built with Claude Code, usually because I got tired of waiting for a tool that does the one thing I needed. Small, single-purpose tools: solve a problem I actually had, document it well enough for a stranger to run it, stop when it works.
- principlesyou-team-dashboard turns a team's PrinciplesYou reports into one self-contained HTML dashboard: archetype maps, all 17 scales and 36 facets with team percentiles, and where the team has holes. I built it to read my own team of 14. English and Czech.
Most of my repos are private: my own projects, and experiments I haven't finished. What ends up public is what someone can run without me explaining it first.
