This PR begins the full rewrite of the Jeeasy plugin.
The goal is to replace the old assistant with a cleaner, automated and maintainable onboarding flow aligned with current Jeedom standards.
Legacy JSON configuration files are removed, the wizard is rebuilt from scratch, and the whole assistant is modernized.
This update also raises the minimum required Jeedom core version to 4.4.
