I’d love to use this plugin in my current project. However, my stack (Svelte) relies heavily on reactivity, which makes cloning DOM elements problematic. Copying elements breaks some reactive bindings and leads to unexpected behavior.
It would be great to have an option to work with the original DOM element directly, while using a cloned version only for measurements or other internal calculations.
