Describe the problem

There are more than one issues.
First one when deleting the rules I am getting 429 error and ruleset not found errors.

Second one, there is no Select all option

Third one, New group appears only when adding new domains, but not in the main screen.

Fourth one, when deleting a rule, animation is preventing quick deletion.

All should work as expected. Deletion should be done correctly. Mass selection should be there.#

Thanks for the detailed report. "Select all" is available today: use the search bar in Custom Rules, and the select all / deselect all button appears next to it. I'll make that easier to find.

The 429 and "not found" errors are a bug on our side: bulk deletion currently sends one request per rule, so large selections hit the rate limit. A fix is logged. When it comes to the group visibility and animation points I'll investigate fixes/UX improvements and implement them.
