Third sequential roadmap PR. Adds opt-in Docker execution with disabled networking, read-only root, nonroot user, reduced capabilities, resource limits, and writable project bind mount. Preserves host-side verification and audit. Includes unit tests and explicit documentation that this is not hardened isolation or suitable for hostile code. Live Docker/agent integration is not exercised in CI.
