OpenVINO 2026.4.1 has no cp315 wheel, and setup-python "3.x" is now 3.15. The test job installs the project with uv sync. Signed-off-by: Łukasz Ślusarczyk <lukasz.slusarczyk@intel.com>

setup-python"3.x"is 3.15.0, and OpenVINO 2026.4.1 has nocp315wheel.uv sync.pyproject.tomland in pre-commit.uv.lockfiles are a fresh resolution on currentmain.
