Closing as an obsolete test artifact. This is a one-line marker file whose own content says "safe to delete" — it was created by a clawgate dispatch/e2e validation run against 0.7.52/0.7.57. clawgate is now at 0.7.81, so the marker has no remaining value. Reopen if I've misread it. |
