Relative path ../CONTRIBUTING.rst rendered as a broken URL in GitHub's PR interface. Replace with the absolute blob URL so the link resolves correctly. Fixes infra-cloud-kr#33 Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
