Bumps the default install versions to 3.11.5 for Core and Enterprise, following the same shape as #4.
Verified before opening: all six tarball URLs the script builds return 200 on dl.influxdata.com (core and enterprise,
linux_amd64,linux_arm64,darwin_arm64), andbash -npasses.Worth merging promptly — the served copy at https://www.influxdata.com/d/install_influxdb3.sh tracks this repo
smain` rather than a release tag, so until this lands new users still get 3.11.4, and nothing in the release pipeline flags it.
