Bellecour network has been shut down and we no longer self-host the subgraph, so this manual deployment workflow is no longer needed.

Why
Bellecour has been shut down and we no longer self-host the subgraph. The
deploy-subgraph.ymlmanual-dispatch workflow (which deployed to a self-hosted graph-node/IPFS on thebellecournetwork) is therefore deprecated and unused.Subgraph deployment is now handled via
deploy-subgraph-studio.yml.What
