Summary

  • reject Button proposals outside a Buttons parent before CSS adaptation
  • report Figure-to-Columns ownership errors with a structured Image correction
  • keep ordinary flex display distinct from authored-grid evidence
  • mark source-analysis and final-proposal diagnostics by stage

Verification

  • focused diagnostic/proposal/adapter tests: 43 passed
  • typecheck passed
  • diff check passed
  • independent review found no P0-P3 issues

Closes #72
