Summary

  • linkedin-web media.publish@1 observes one plan-bound MP4: member video upload registration, byte transfer, normalized create response with nested share URN, durable accepted-target retention, and exact permalink readback.
  • threads media.publish@1 observes one plan-bound MP4: container create, transcode polling with rendition-dimension binding, and permalink readback.
  • substack-web media.publish@1 observes one plan-bound MP4 Note: upload init, ordered presigned S3 multipart transfer, transcode/status polling, video-attachment binding, exact Note create, and independent media_upload_id/mediaUpload readback.
  • Repairs create-response bindings on X, Threads, LinkedIn, and Substack; fixes derivation network-guard wildcard readiness; stops orphaned state-helper claims from wedging keyless session-secret stores.
  • Rotates the released substack-web identity 1ff335a9… into a route-scoped predecessor distribution; keeps subscribers.*@2 excluded per policy.
  • Releases v0.18.86: version bump, changelog, install coordinates, regenerated launch kit, rebuilt dist, and re-measured canonical package budget (639 entries; packed 12,231,057 B; unpacked 24,414,834 B; SHA-256 78df7ff4…).

Test plan

  • Full bun run check green on the final tree (static, package, 5321 unit + 18 omni tests, standalone smoke, Quint/Apalache/Lean/oracle verification)
  • LinkedIn media.publish verified live (accepted target + readback)
  • Threads media.publish verified live (transcode poll + rendition dims)
  • Substack media.publish verified live end-to-end (note 353658309, transcoded video attachment, desired-state-observed reconciliation)
  • Session-secret orphaned-claim regression added under state-crash-harness with corpus seed

…te-response bindings

- Graduates linkedin-web media.publish@1 (registered upload, byte transfer,
normalized create, permalink readback), meta-web threads media.publish@1,
and substack-web media.publish@1 (upload init, ordered S3 multipart,
transcode polling, video attachment, exact Note readback) to observed
  with accepted-target reconciliation.
- Repairs the X, Threads, LinkedIn and Substack create-response bindings
that drifted from their provider payloads, the Substack Note create body
and feed entity projection, and the video attachment readback shape
  (media_upload_id + nested mediaUpload state).
- Fixes derivation network-guard readiness for wildcard domains whose
sibling-negative probe previously stayed inside the wildcard subtree.
- Stops counting orphaned state-helper coordination artifacts as encrypted
session state so a crash-interrupted removal cannot wedge a keyless
store; the predicate is shared with read projections.
- Updates reviewed contract identity, inventory, package-budget, and
capability pins for the new observed routes, retains the shipped
substack-web 1.7.0 reader identity, and records the crash counterexample
  in the property seed corpus.

Bump the package version, refresh install coordinates and changelog,
rebuild dist, and re-measure the canonical package budget on the merged
tree.

The linkedin-web media.publish promotion moves the operation out of the
capture-required readiness bucket.
